The elegantly appointed living area features a sumptuous light brown corner sofa complemented by cushioned armchairs, set against a backdrop of minimalist decor and a flat-screen TV atop a sleek cabinet.

Adjacent to the living space, a dining area showcases a hardwood table surrounded by eight contemporary chairs, offering panoramic views of the sea through French doors. The kitchen, adorned with dark marble accents, is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a large fridge freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher.

The ground floor hosts a guest WC and one of the four bedrooms, complete with a double bed (convertible to twin), French doors opening onto the pool terrace, and an expansive en-suite shower room.

Ascend the marble staircase to the first floor, where three additional bedrooms await, each boasting unparalleled sea views. The master bedroom epitomises luxury with its spacious layout, beige king-size bed, and shuttered French doors leading to a balcony. Its lavish en-suite bathroom, adorned with granite tiles, features twin washbasins, a WC, bath, and a separate shower.

Continuing down the hallway, two more bedrooms beckon, one offering sea-facing views and the other overlooking the surrounding hillside, each with its own deluxe WC & shower room.

Descend further to the lower ground floor, where a utility room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, sink, and ample storage awaits. This level also houses a communal area for relaxation or games, along with an additional en-suite WC/shower room.

Outside, the expansive terrace is strategically positioned to maximise the panoramic sea views. An outdoor barbecue area with a sink sets the stage for al-fresco dining, complemented by a shaded outdoor dining area furnished with a large table and chairs. Ample seating, sunbeds, and tables adorn the terrace and poolside, inviting guests to unwind amidst the breathtaking scenery. Pricing Notes

Rates include: Private one arrival & one departure transfer, daily Breakfast included, daily Maid Service, luxury food hamper (for 5 night stay and over), branded bathroom amenities, unlimited use of the Aphrodite Hills Kids Club (ages 3-12 years only), valid for the duration of stay, The Retreat Spa: Access to Gym, Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, valid for duration of stay, without a locker. Access to the hotel health club area indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room) and the splash park of the hotel (summer months), and preferential booking status at Resort Restaurants.

An electric Kw/h reading will be made upon arrival and departure. The maximum limit of consumption per week is 400 KWH. Each unit used above this limit will be charged at €0.35 cents. In the event of excess usage, the guest consents to his/her card being charged for the appropriate amount. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however the limitations are in place to ensure that our guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.
