Kindly note: The minimum rental period for this property is 7 nights. All the Resort’s facilities, including day passes for Aphrodite Hills Hotel, can be used by the Rentals guests at a fee and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Private transfer to and from the Airport (one each way) for the persons staying in the villa. Luxury Food Parcel. Daily cleaning. Branded Bathroom Amenities. Access to the kids club, spa gym and a luxury benefit card. An electric Kw/h reading will be made upon arrival and departure. The maximum limit of consumption per week is 700KWH. Each unit used above this limit will be charged at €0.35 cents. In the event of excess usage, the guest consents to his/her card being charged for the appropriate amount. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however the limitations are in place to ensure that our guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

Rates do not include: Pool or jacuzzi heating.

Please note: Upon arrival, credit card particulars will be taken for a pre-authorisation transaction for the potential charging of any extras or possible damages incurred during the stay.
