This 4-bedroom property is a stunning, spacious villa close to the resort facilities with 4 en-suite bedrooms, 10m x 5m private infinity edge pool and fabulous sunset views that run across the beautiful neighbouring golf course, Secret Valley. The peaceful surroundings and wonderful outside space at this villa make it a wonderful choice for a holiday villa at Aphrodite Hills Resort.

The property is spread across three floors and features a large, open-plan living and dining area with a vaulted ceiling. Interiors have been designed to a very high standard, featuring large leather sofas, marble staircases, plasma screen TV with a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option, DVD Player and Hifi. Free wireless internet is also included and the villa is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated for all-around comfort.

The ground floor hosts a well-designed and fully equipped kitchen and open-plan dining and living area. The living area opens out to the terrace which has a dining table and chairs for al-fresco dining to be enjoyed. There are also comfortable sofas and sunbeds for all around the pool area. The outdoor food preparation area and gas barbecue allow you to truly enjoy al-fresco dining, as you soak up the stunning golf course and sunset views on offer. The private infinity edge pool can also be heated off-season (see rental rates).

The first double bedroom is located in the cooler downstairs level, with an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower) and a door that leads to the outside terrace. Both twin bedrooms are located on the mezzanine level, both with en-suite bathrooms (with showers) and one of which with a door that leads to the poolside terrace. Upstairs the beautiful master bedroom has a balcony with views over the neighbouring golf course and an en-suite bathroom with his & hers sinks, a walk-in shower and a spa bath with an overhead shower.

The villa is situated in the heart of Aphrodite Hills, just a 10 minute walk to the resort village square and facilities. Its tranquil location and wonderful views make it a perfect holiday villa; it really is a relaxing home from home in the sunshine!

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 600 KWH, bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and air conditioning/heating. For stays exceeding 8 nights, a change of linen and towels will be arranged upon arrival.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €350 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating is an optional extra to be booked and paid for in advance at a rate of €390 per week. Electricity consumption exceeding the 600 KWH allowance is charged at 0.45 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

Please note: A welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €40 which includes bread, jam, spread, eggs, orange juice, water, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. A premium welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €85 which includes chilled Prosecco, fruit, water, orange juice, water, milk, a bottle of rose wine, a pack of beers, bread, spread, jam, eggs, tea, coffee and sugar. Extra linen and towel changes are available, at an additional charge. Cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.

Our yoga group lived in an amazing place. It was so exciting and comfortable, that I wish we could live under the wing of the villa. There was a magnificent view. The Villa had a spacious living room and cozy bedrooms. It was a very quiet and peaceful place. Large swimming pool, convenient location in Aphrodite Hills Resort, big barbecue zone - what else could you wish for? Our team couldn't imagine a better place to make the program we planned.
