This 4 bedroom property is a stunning, spacious villa close to the resort facilities with 4 en-suite bedrooms, 10 x 5m private infinity edge pool and fabulous sunset views that run across the beautiful neighbouring golf course, Secret Valley. The property is spread across three floors and features a large, open-plan living and dining area with a vaulted ceiling. Interiors have been designed to a very high standard, featuring large leather sofas, marble staircases, plasma screen TV with a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option, DVD Player and Hifi. Free wireless internet is also included and the villa is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated for all year around comfort.
The ground floor hosts the well-designed and fully equipped kitchen, and open plan dining and living area. The living area opens out to the terrace which has dining table and chairs for al-fresco dining to be enjoyed. There are also comfortable sofas and sunbeds for all around the pool area. The outdoor food preparation area and gas BBQ allows for you to truly enjoy al-fresco dining, as you soak up the stunning golf course and sunset views on offer. The private infinity edge pool can also be heated off-season (see rental rates).
The first double bedroom is located in the cooler downstairs level, with ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower) and a door that leads to the outside terrace. Both twin bedrooms are located on the mezzanine level, both with ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and one of which with a door that leads to the poolside terrace. Upstairs the beautiful master bedroom has a balcony with views over the neighbouring golf course and an ensuite bathroom with his & hers sinks, walk-in shower and spa bath with an overhead shower.
The villa is situated in the heart of Aphrodite Hills, just a ten minute walk to the resort village square and facilities. Its tranquil location and wonderful views make it a perfect holiday villa; it really is a relaxing home from home in the sunshine!
