The property is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated for year around comfort, has private parking and is conveniently situated within walking distance of the village square on the Resort.
The villa features a large, open plan living and dining area with vaulted ceilings and french doors that open out onto the rear terrace and pool.
The interiors are beautifully decorated, offering a large comfortable corner sofa and marble staircases. There is wireless internet, a large plasma screen TV, and UK TV with unlimited movies (and international channels).
The fully equipped modern kitchen has all you need to feel at home and is separated by a breakfast bar from the dining and living area, making it very central and social.
There is a guest WC located on the ground floor.
A double and twin bedroom is located on the maisonette level (the twin can also be made up into double if preferred). The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with spa bath and overhead shower. Doors open straight out onto the outside terrace and garden, offering beautiful views of the swimming pool.

The rear patio doors open outside onto the terrace with views over the 10m x 5m private heated swimming pool (see rental rates), private landscaped gardens and golf course. The terrace is very spacious, hosting a large outside dining table, sun beds, barbecue, poolside shower, comfortable outside seating and a large lawn area overlooking the golf course. The barbecue area twinned with this outdoor dining area is the ideal area for al fresco dining.
