This recently refurbished 3-bedroom villa is located in Theletra and enjoys uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside.

Ideal for those seeking a quiet, relaxing holiday, the villa is a short drive from Kathikas Village where you will find a choice of restaurants, 2 wineries and a kiosk. Plenty more amenities are located either in the areas of Polis, Latchi or Coral Bay all being within a 25-minute drive from Theletra and are also where the beaches are found.

The spacious open-plan living area features two lounge areas with comfortable sofas, flat-screen TV with IPTV, Wii game console, stereo system with CD, radio and MP3 player, guest WC, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and dining table seating 6.

For guest's evening entertainment, a karaoke player with a microphone and Bluetooth connectivity is available.

The villa’s bedrooms are located on the first floor; two double bedrooms both with en-suite shower and access to a furnished balcony where stunning views of the surrounding countryside can be enjoyed. The final bedroom is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A kitchenette and washing machine are located on the first-floor landing.

Air conditioning for cooling and heating is included in the villa rental and available in the bedrooms only.

Baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

Outside the furnished terrace, traditional Cypriot barbecue and kitchenette allows for al-fresco dining to be enjoyed whilst relaxing and admiring the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. A few steps lead down to the sunbathing terrace and private 10m x 5m swimming pool with depths 1.2m to 1.5m.

Off-street covered parking is available for 2 cars.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), small welcome grocery pack, bed linen, pool and bathroom towels and air-conditioning in bedrooms (for cooling and heating).

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €150 is required to be paid in cash on arrival to the villa. The deposit will be returned at the departure subject to no breakages/damages caused at the property during the stay.

If you are looking for an awesome place, where you get up each morning and be greeted by the warm sun and a stunning view into Cyprus' mountains, then this is the one. The Villa itself is located at a hillside of the small town of Theletra facing to the east where the sun rises. It features all appliances you could wish for. With a spacious terrace and the adjacent large pool you have all you need to treat yourself with relaxing holidays. We spent 10 days in this fantastic place and had a hard time to leave. The owner and his family are super friendly and helpful, always taking care, promptly. His mom treated us with some wine, fresh eggs and fruits from their nearby garden. Thanks so much for everything.

This is a villa with a stunning view! We loved waking up to the beautiful mountain view. Unfortunately, it was too cold on our visit to make use of the pool and patio but if we could of, they would have had the best view in all Cyprus! The villa was clean and spacious and the fridge had been thoughtfully stocked with milk, bread, eggs etc. The villa had everything you need but might not usually get (washing machine, lunch boxes, iron etc). It was quite cold in the villa as the temperature was unusually cold for Cyprus but there were extra duvets and blankets in the cupboards.
