This villa's well-chosen position nestled in the foothills of the Skoulli mountains enjoys stunning views across valleys and rolling hills abundant with fruit orchards and citrus groves. The village of Skoulli has its own well-stocked supermarket, taverna and traditional coffee shop.

On entering the villa you find yourself in the living area furnished with sofas, flat screen TV, satellite television (limited channels), DVD player, wireless internet connection and a small book exchange facility for guests' use. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher (the washing machine is located on the first floor landing). The dining table can seat up to 8 persons.

The living area and each bedroom are equipped with air-conditioning for either cooling or heating, which is included in the price.

The first of the bedrooms is found on the ground floor, this is a twin-bedded room with an adjacent shower room. Stairs lead to the first floor where the remaining three bedrooms are located. The spacious master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms are twin bedded rooms each with en-suite shower facilities. The master double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms share a balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and beautiful surrounding countryside. A baby cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside the impressive free-form infinity swimming pool measures approximately 8m x 13m (depths 0.9m to 1.5m) with walk-in steps that allow easy entrance to the cooling waters and two water massage beds entice you to soothe weary muscles.

A table and chairs set under a shady pergola invite you to enjoy summer dining al fresco making full use of the traditional Cypriot BBQ provided. The carefully tended gardens and lawned areas are bursting with colour and fragrance and the villa grounds are completed with an orangery so breakfast can be enjoyed with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice!

This was a wonderful villa stay which worked very well with our small children. The villa was well equipped, and there was a wonderful welcome pack on our arrival. When we had a couple of minor questions, someone arrived within 20 mins to sort everything out. Everything was exceptionally clean and everything was well presented. Overall we had a wonderful stay, in a fantastic setting, with lots of wonderful memories. We would be more than happy to recommend this villa, and would happily book again in the future!

What can I say about this villa? WOW paradise, beautiful surroundings, peaceful, quiet, tranquil the perfect place to be. The villa is well equipped with everything you need for your stay, the owner is on hand at anytime to help with anything you may need. It’s perfectly located for those that want to relax but also only a short drive away from various attractions. This villa is a real home away from home and we are already looking to rebook for next year!

An excellent villa. The description accurate. It was everything we wanted and more, a quiet location, lovely views, well maintained and a good size. There is a local shop nearby and the local town Polis just a 10 minute drive away. Polis has several restaurants. A good one to visit is called the Old Town. With temperatures in the 30's everything was just perfect. We most definitely will visit again and as this was our first time booking through The Villa Group I wouldn't hesitate to book through them again. A great all round service.

Lovely villa in a great location. Beautiful outside area, well tended garden lovely pool that was very clean, the views were amazing. The Villa Group were very easy to deal with and very professional, handling booking efficiently and answering any questions promptly and were very helpful in arranging a few special requirements. Owner visited at beginning of stay and was very friendly and sorted out a few small problems we had with the villa during our stay. Villa is in a quiet location and you would need a car, but there are some really good tavernas fairly local and it is not far from Polis and Latchi. We had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend the villa to anyone looking for a nice peaceful setting with everything on hand for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Villa set in beautiful grounds, the gardens and pool were well maintained. Nice welcome pack including freshly squeezed orange juice. The villa itself was well equipped, however the beds are very low (almost on the floor) which caused me some problems as I have arthritis. This wasn't the end of the world, but it may be worth mentioning as it could be a big issue for some. The villa owner was very helpful and got back to us very quickly when we needed help working some appliances. Overall, it was a beautiful villa in great surroundings and we would recommend and book again.

Booking process was very easy and dealt with in an extremely professional manner. All queries were answered promptly and efficiently. The pre-stocking grocery service was invaluable and made arriving at the villa at an unsociable hour on a Sunday evening much more bearable. Directions to the villa were straightforward and accurate, no need for the SAT NAV! The villa owner visited us on our arrival to make sure everything was okay-despite it being late in the evening. The villa itself was beautiful, maintained to a very high standard both inside and out. The pool was wonderful and there was plenty of toys available in the garden to keep young children occupied. The gardeners and pool attendants were very considerate when they called to do routine maintenance. We were extremely happy with the villa and the surrounding area. The villa was furnished to a high standard and the beds were very comfortable. We would not hesitate to staying in the villa again and would definitely recommend The Villa Group.
