This 5-bedroom spacious villa is situated amidst banana groves in the exclusive Sea Caves area yet only a two-minute drive to the popular area of Coral Bay. There are 2 tavernas within 100m of the villa.

Upon entering the villa you will find the living area featuring comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player with a book collection, a wireless internet connection and a CD player. There are patio doors from the living area leading to a furnished terrace area. Air conditioning is available in the living area (see rental rates). The wood burner in the living area makes it warm and cosy, and ideal for the winter months.

Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area offers a formal dining table with 10 chairs.

The villa's first bedroom is located on this floor; a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. A guest WC is also located on this floor.

Moving to the first floor you will find the villa’s bedrooms; double bedroom (queen size bed) with en suite bathroom, double bedroom (king size bed) with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms. The bedrooms offer beds with orthopaedic mattresses and furnished balconies with views of the banana groves and the Mediterranean Sea. One of the twin bedrooms offers a balcony with views of the mountains.

A baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request.

A utility room is found on the first floor where the washing machine is located.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning units for cooling and heating in the bedrooms and is included in the cost of the booking. Two safety deposit boxes, hairdryers in each bedroom and iron and ironing board are available.

Outside, the 9m x 5m private swimming pool (depth 1.80m deepest) is surrounded by a paved terrace with sunbeds, a hammock and umbrellas. The furnished patio area and wooden pergola allow for you to truly enjoy the Cypriot experience of al fresco dining. At the rear of the property and accessed from the kitchen/dining area you will find a further paved area with outdoor seating for 10 guests and a brick-built barbecue.

For the more energetic guests, a table tennis and football table are located in the outside area.

Please note: The changeover day is flexible however bookings leaving unrentable periods (less than 7 days) between existing bookings may not be accepted.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Air conditioning in the bedrooms, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit is payable in advance together with the balance payment of €300 to cover any breakages/damages at the villa. Air conditioning (1 large unit) in the living area. If required, the charge locally is €10 per unit per day.

For weddings taking place at the villa (ceremony and/or reception) the following apply: Up to 30 guests (including occupancy of the villa) are permitted. The security deposit increases to be €600 to cover any damages or breakages at the property. A wedding surcharge of €250 is to be paid in advance together with the balance payment of the villa booking. Cleaning of the outside areas is carried out the morning after the wedding by the villa's cleaning team and is included in the surcharge.

The villa is of a very high standard. It is very private and not overlooked at all. The villa is very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. The pool area is perfect with plenty of sun beds and shade if needed. The outside and inside games provided are a great extra. The only negative for us was that the the air conditioning for the living area/kitchen was not included in the price. There is a Tavern about a 2 minute walk away, Sea Caves Tavern, which we went to quite a few times. They do an excellent BBQ Sunday lunch for 10 Eur per person (it does get busy but you can reserve a table). The sunsets from the Tavern are amazing. We also had lunch at the Tavern a couple of times and the food is very good too. We hired a car which we would recommend but the taxi companies are very efficient. The booking process and communication with The Villa Group was excellent too. Overall we had a fantastic family holiday and would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Fabulous holiday. The villa, outdoor area and pool was all as described as where all the photos. In fact everything was just perfect for our family holiday. The initial problem with the fridge was quickly resolved the next day by the owner with a brand new replacement being delivered before 12 noon - excellent service from the owner. A truly memorable holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Villa Group and the villa ref. 381465 to all friends and family. Hope to return to villa again.
