This large, affordably priced, villa sleeping up to 20 guests is situated in walking distance of the quiet village of Pyla and just 10-minutes’ drive from the tourist centre where you will find many restaurants, shops and amenities. Larnaca Airport, the well-known Nissi Beach and the nightlife of Ayia Napa are all within a 25-minute drive.
The spacious design of the villa makes it ideal for large families, groups of friends, weddings, stag/hen nights and parties. When an event is held at the villa up to 200 guests are permitted to attend (see rental rates for event conditions).
On entering the villa, you will immediately notice a grand sweeping marble staircase, the spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen areas with feature wood burning fireplace, plenty of sofas for relaxing, dining area with formal dining table and chairs. A second living area offers further sofas, an electric reclining armchair and IPTV for entertainment.
The spacious double kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops, double oven, American style fridge, dishwasher, microwave, water cooler and plenty more appliances for a self-catering holiday.
A separate guest WC is located on the ground floor.
The villa has air conditioning throughout available for the summer months and central heating for the winter months.
The first of the villa’s bedrooms are located on this floor; a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room.
The sweeping marble staircase takes you to the first floor where you find a spacious landing with seating area, coffee table and a curved stained-glass feature window. Four of the villa’s bedrooms are located on the first floor. A spacious double bedroom with king size four-poster bed, sofa bed, a large ensuite bathroom with tub and walk-in shower. Two further double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room and both bedrooms have private balconies. A family bedroom is the final bedroom on the first floor comprising of a double bed and a generously sized single bed.
A family bathroom is located on the first floor with a walk-in shower, a Victorian style roll-top bath tub.
Baby cots and highchairs are available upon request.
For larger groups, 6 folding travel beds are available and can be requested upon booking.
The final bedroom for the villa is located in the annexe adjacent to the swimming pool; a twin bedroom being suitable for teenage children as it offers them a feeling of independence whilst still being within the grounds of the villa. The annexe bedroom has a portable air conditioning unit available. A shower room is located next to the annexe.
The outside area is spacious with plenty of sunbeds surrounding the 10m x 5m swimming pool (depths 1.2m to 1.8m) with walk in steps. The barbecue, clay oven and outside furniture allows for al-fresco dining to be enjoyed.
For the younger members of the group, the villa offers a play area where a trampoline, slide and playhouse are located.
The villa’s games room provides hours of fun for guests with a pool table, karaoke machine and darts board. The room has plenty of comfortable seating. A utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer is located in the games room.
