The villa is located within a less than 5-minute drive of the centre of Protaras and its beaches.

As you enter the villa, you will find the kitchen and dining area. The modern fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay. An Island with extra seating for 4 completes the kitchen area. The adjacent dining area seats 8.

The main living room area has plenty of comfortable seating, a TV area, and large patio doors leading out to the garden and swimming pool area. For entertainment, there is a widescreen TV with an upgraded satellite system and video-on-demand facility. Wireless internet access is also available at the villa.

For the more energetic members of the group, a pool table is available for hours of fun.

The first bedroom of the villa is located on the ground floor; a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom.

Upstairs on the first floor, there are the remaining bedrooms; a master double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, widescreen TV, and the added luxury of a spacious walk-in wardrobe. There are 2 more double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. A spacious shared furnished balcony leads from the bedrooms where you can enjoy the stunning Protaras sea views. A family bathroom can also be found on this floor.

A baby cot and highchair are available, upon request.

The villa has air conditioning throughout for cooling and heating.

Outside in the garden, the spacious furnished areas together with the barbecue allow you to enjoy al-fresco dining. The private heated 10m x 4.5m swimming pool with walk-in steps is surrounded by plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for relaxing under the Cyprus sun.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 400 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Electricity consumption exceeding the 400 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
