I just wanted to say that we had a lovely stay in the villa. I have never been to Cyprus this time of year myself and I found it really wonderful and tranquil. The Christmas decorations inside and outside the villa were a great touch and really made it all feel really Christmasy during our stay. Please pass on our thanks to the owner from myself and my mum. The villa had the best outdoor area of any villa we have ever stayed at. Beautiful garden, good pool, great relaxed seating/lying area, Pool Table, Table Tennis Table, Children's Play Area, BBQ, views of the hills and sea. Inside, the villa was very good also with a decent main bedroom suite downstairs and 2 more modest bedrooms plus a mezzanine sleeping area upstairs. The satellite TV was incredible with hundreds of international channels and 7000+ films/dramas. The villa is half a mile up a road/track from civilization, making it very secluded but within 5 minutes of the restaurants, bars and beach. Hiking on numerous tracks directly from the villa is also a good option. Thoroughly recommended provided you don't want to be staying right in the thick of the action and you've hired a car.

This is our 3rd stay at this superb villa. Just as our previous 2 stays, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and without a doubt will be visiting again :-) The villa was prepared perfectly on our arrival. We visited Ayia Napa (10 minute drive from the villa) one evening which we had not done on our previous visits, we were pleasantly surprised with the mixture of age ranges seen in Ayia Napa, there were families, younger groups and older groups - had a great evening wandering around and people watching. We highly recommend eating at Othellos Restaurant, which is the oldest restaurant in Ayia Napa - superb food, great service and reasonable prices.

Just returned from a two week stay at this superb villa in Protaras with my wife on October 2nd . I had seen a few reviews about the road leading up to the villa requires a 4x4 . It is also on the owners description page. We actually thought that this was a great bonus as we were so close to the main resort of Protaras and we were not getting disturbed by tourists etc out exploring or like me and my wife people just getting lost . The two weeks that we were there we never seen another car, quad bikes, etc passing the villa except for the people that come and maintain this beautiful property. The villa inside is well equipped with all things to make your holiday home special, and more. From the kitchen having all your usual appliances to the large tv in the sitting area which is set up to receive BBC ,ITV , hundreds of movies , full tv series and all the sport channels to pick from if you want to sit in for a short time to recharge your batteries. Was too lazy to play the table tennis but it would great for bigger parties as would the pool table . There are plenty of sitting areas outside for larger groups and one or two other areas that are more private if you just wanted some "me time". The villa itself looks great during the day but at night when the lights are on around the pool and also throughout the garden area it just seems to look even better. The peace and quiet at night when it got dark just sitting out having a drink looking out over the pool to see Protaras all lit up and the occasional ship passing in the night was worth the money alone. Been coming over to villas in Cyprus for about thirty years and even got married there twenty six years ago. We always look for a villa that has the oomph factor to celebrate this occasion and this villa did not disappoint us in any way .Thanks again to everybody involved in making this holiday so special.

The villa was amazing, very clean, well maintained with stunning garden and views. There was a problem with the outdoor fountains and waterfall but the villa customer service man tried his best to solve the issues and was very apologetic. He also provided excellent general hints and tips and where we should go and what we should see - like our personal travel agent. The villa was in reality was exactly as had been portrayed on the website and associated photos. The booking process was simple, communication good and instructions clear. We easily made contact with the villa contact when required and a small issue involving a blown hairdryer was resolved easily with quick replacement provided. The villa was well equipped for self catering and clean throughout. The outdoor furniture was plentiful with a very well maintained garden. The 3 outdoor seating areas with tables provide many uses and settings for dining and relaxing. We loved the outdoor bed, hammock, hanging chair, table tennis and american pool table making excellent use of each. The villa has three bedrooms with an additional sleeping area on the 1st floor mezzanine comfortably sleeping 6 adults. A spacious villa with lots of amazing features in the middle of a national park with amazing views....couldn't have asked for more. We would definitely recommend the villa and company and will book again ourselves!

Firstly a big thank you to Lisa (The Villa Group) and Chris (Property Manager) for answering our queries so quickly and helping us during our time at the villa. The villa and gardens were even better than the photographs portrayed. The surrounding grounds, pool and villa itself were perfect for our group of 6 as we never felt that we were living in each others pockets. The day bed was a fantastic feature and we made full use of the pool, pool table and table tennis. We also enjoyed all the wildlife the villa grounds had to offer and had many BBQ's. It was lovely to have the opportunity to meet George the owner who obviously takes pride in keeping the grounds of the villa beautiful. It was also great that the "pool man" cleaned the villa pool three times during the two weeks we were there. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to come back to this villa. Already I am really missing my early morning and late evening swim in the pool that was always warm and the lovely views from any of the outside seating areas facing the gardens and sea. Even after our incredibly long journey home, we are still feeling relaxed thanks to the wonderful time we spent at this villa.

Myself and my sisters and a couple of friends have just returned from the villa, wow, it was everything that I had read about, beautiful all the way through, everything we needed was there, don't be put off by the un made track, its not a problem and we walked it quite a few times, takes 10 mins and is a lovely walk, pool was great, and it was deep up the one end, (I hate shallow pools), lots of greenery and trees and flowers to look at, lovely barbecue area, loads of seating everywhere. I even had a bottle of wine and a balloon left for me for my 40th birthday. Would definitely go back, but for two weeks this time, absolutely fantastic and Lisa from The Villa Group was a brilliant agent, very prompt and dealt with all my enquiries, well done, this property is one to enjoy.

The outdoor area was excellent, offering lots of shaded areas, gaming areas for the children, and varied seating areas. The pool was super and much used by all. We hardly spent any time inside. The kitchen was well equipped, though we found so many fantastic restaurants locally that we did not need to do much self catering. As we arrived quite late in the evening the welcome pack of groceries was most useful. All contact with the office and the site agent Ron was very efficient and helpful, would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family.

Our whole experience of booking through the Villa Group has been excellent. The couple of questions we had about the villa's facilities were answered very promptly and fully and given that we hadn't heard of the company before doing an internet search I felt very confident about our booking. The villa itself was just as it has been pictured and everything was in good condition and working order. It was lovely to arrive and find milk and bread in the fridge and be able to make a drink on arrival. My self and my family arrived at the Villa late at night on approaching
the villa all lit up was a beautiful site to start the holiday, this
confirmed exactly as the website had shown.
The outside and inside of the Villa was perfect the layout and deco was
as I would have chosen myself, I felt very comfortable as if I were at
home.
The gently breeze while sitting around the pool was appreciated and the
view was wonderful not just in the villa grounds but further on we were
able to see the blue sea.
Staff and owner were there when needed, very much appreciated helping to

The villa was just as described and hoped - stunning. The views all
around were superb and the location so peaceful. Despite the benefit of
the villa being out of the way, it is surprisingly close to amenities
and the party street with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The last
approach to the villa which is on an unmade track does require caution
but just added to the seclusion and peace and quiet of the location.

The villa was just as it looked in the photos so we were very pleased,
the setting was lovely and enough out of the way that we didnt have to
worry about disturbing anyone else as we had five sons with us and could
be noisy at times, it was a bit of a trek into the town as the villa is
on a hill but that was worth it to get the location, would definitely
go to cyprus again and would definitely book this villa again, the
people that looked after the villa were lovely and offered advice if
asked about where to visit and such and they look after the villa very
well, it was lovely and clean.

On arrival at our villa we were amazed at the beauty of the surroundings
and the grounds of the villa, The pool was amazing as was the villa
itself .It lacked for nothing, the kitchen was fully equiped with every
thing you would need for your stay even down to spare light bulbs.
The shops are within
walking distance but far enough away for the quiet and tranquility this
villa allows.
in summary i could quite easily have just moved in there and then and
made it my "forever" home.

We had a wonderfully realxing time at this villa.
It was a great
location, we loved the privacy it offered.
The gardens were amazing!
We loved how there were many different places
to relax both in the sun or
shade.
When booking a villa I always
check to if the villa has a large pool and either a table tennis table
or a pool table, the fact that this villa had all three made it even
more appealing.
We loved the shady area towards the end of the garden and sat there
every day playing cards or reading.
I was impressed with the sea view.
The standard of furniture outside was very good and of course the kids
loved the hammocks!
I am sometimes disappointed when the standard of
soft furnishings aren't as good as shown in the photographs but this
villa owner obviously updates these items frequently, I cannot stress
how important this is for repeat bookings.
Inside the villa we loved the layout and fun decor and the master
bedroom was a great size.
Also the view from upstairs out of the
picture window was stunning.
All in all we would loved to book this villa again although it is so
popular it might prove difficult!
Lisa was very efficient with all the
booking side and I thought it was a lovely touch that she rang the day
before our holiday to check we were organised and had rememebered our
directions! We
have booked many villa holidays over the years and not
once has someone from the company rung us.
Ron was very friendly and
helpful and George was lovely when he came to tend the gardens.

The service provided is excellent. Lisa
has always been very swift in
responding to any queries I have had and has been supportive in every
way. As I have not had any problems or issues with the Villa Group I
cannot advise of how these are dealt with, but that must go some way in
crediting their service, not having any problems! But I do believe that
should any arise they will be dealt with in the swiftest manner as any
other queries have in the past.
The property is absolutely stunning!!! A credit to both the Villa Group
and most importantly the villa owner. The views are picturesque, the
surroundings are glorious. It may be some distance from the main hustle
and bustle of Protoras, but it's a small price to pay to enjoy such a
secluded and private holiday. As the villa provides so much opportunity
for entertainment (especially for family/group bookings) you would not
feel at a loss for any entertainment provided in Protoras or any other
location. The gardens are absolutely beautiful. Great care and attention
to detail. All my friends and family were very impressed with the
photos!!
I will be visiting again, as I have booked the villa again for July 2012
and June 2013!

The villa exceeded our expectations. The villa is totally secluded yet only a 20min stroll in to town with a push chair. The walk from town back to the villa is tough with a push chair as it's all up hill but if you don't have a car a taxi is only 7 euros. I highly recommend using Comet Taxis in Protaras, a family run business who are extremely friendly, prompt and reliable. I have nothing negative to say about villa group or
Ron and Diana from the villa management company, they were all very helpful and quick to get back to me with any questions I had. Lovely villa, great location. We really needed the car as the road to the resort wasn't paved the whole way and not lit and it was difficult with a pushchair, but the centre of Protaras was so close it wasn't a problem.
