A modern 3-bedroom villa, with panoramic sea views, situated in the hills above the tranquil village of Pomos.

On entering the villa you are welcomed by a light and airy, modern living room with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, coffee table and widescreen TV with DVD player/surround sound system. For the winter, there is a log burning fire, which keeps the whole house cozy and warm. This room leads on to the adjacent open plan dining area/kitchen.

The dining area has a large modern table with 8 leather chairs. There are full-length glass doors which lead out onto a long terrace which has panoramic sea views. The kitchen is modern and has a halogen hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toasted sandwich maker and a Frappe coffee machine. There is also a small breakfast bar with 3 stools.

On the first floor, you will find the sleeping accommodation. The master bedroom has a double bed and a sofa which opens into a bed being ideal for children. There is also an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom, twin beds. There is also a family bathroom with a corner Jacuzzi bath and a washing machine. On this floor, there is also a large covered terrace which has views over the swimming pool and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

All of the bedrooms have floor to ceiling wardrobes and air-conditioning.

Outside there is a driveway to the side of the villa with private parking for 2 cars and a barbecue cooking area with a traditional style Cyprus barbecue. There is a long balcony which has a small seating area. From here you have lovely views over the gardens below and beautiful views of the sea.

The swimming pool measures 8m x 4m (depth 1m – 2.1m) and has sunbeds and parasol. From the pool area, there are steps down to the garden area which has a vegetable garden and a small orchard. The owner is a keen gardener and grows organic fruit and vegetables which customers are encouraged to try! These include cucumbers, lettuces, tomatoes, cabbage, courgettes, oranges, peaches, mandarins, grapes, apricots, watermelon and melon, depending on the season.

The villa is situated in a quiet location amongst nature and it is very relaxing. A short walk (approx. 800m) is the centre of the village which has a bank, butcher, kiosk, coffee shop, museum and a small supermarket. In the other direction, you have the small, pretty fishing harbour of Pomos with great fish tavernas. There are also several quiet and unspoiled, beaches.

This is a well-priced, comfortable property being ideal for those looking for a quiet stay in an unspoilt part of the island.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, air-conditioning in all bedrooms (for cooling and heating), bed linen and bathroom towels.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €350 is to be paid in advance together with the balance payment to cover any breakages/damages at the property.
