The hillside villa is set over 3 levels. Elegant décor, quality furnishings, thoughtful finishing touches, stylish details, decorative fabrics and the owner’s original and unique artwork are displayed throughout the villa creating a vibrant and pleasant ambience in each room.

As you enter the property on the ground floor, you will find two spacious living areas and a fireplace. The living areas are tastefully furnished, with a twist of South African decor. Both living areas offer plenty of comfortable seating as well as their own flat-screen TV. There is wireless internet, a sound system, a DVD player, and satellite TV for your entertainment. Doors from one living area lead out onto the furnished sunset terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful hillside views from an elevated position.

The classic fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, hob, fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher.

There is a guest WC located on the ground floor.

Moving upstairs, you will immediately notice the large landing with a utility area housing the washing machine and clothes dryer. There is a welcoming furnished conservatory area, offering seating and sliding windows which creates the perfect idyllic haven to enjoy peace and quiet with a book or a cup of tea.

Three double bedrooms are located on the first floor, all offering quality stylish furnishings. The first double bedroom offers an en-suite shower.
