This delightful traditional stone built 4 bedroom villa is situated on the outskirts of the rustic village of Peristerona. The long private driveway leads from the road up to the villa with fruit orchards either side giving spectacular views over the rolling hills, neighbouring fields and banana plants.

The villa has two levels, both furnished in a traditional and charming manner. On the ground floor you will find a large kitchen fully fitted with an oven,hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Leading from the open-plan kitchen area you enter the dining/living area which has a large wooden table and eight wooden chairs. The living area features a useable fireplace (wood is provided) and a comfortable brown leather suite. For entertainment there is wireless internet, a television with internet TV plus DVD player and a CD player.

On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room which has two doors, one leading from the bedroom and the other leading to the kitchen area so it can be used as a guest cloakroom.

Moving up the first floor you will find another three bedrooms, all with their own televisions (linked to the downstairs TV). One bedroom has a double bed and en suite shower room plus a private balcony to enjoy the views all the more. The third bedroom has a double bed and the fourth is a twin bedroom, these two bedrooms share a balcony. The bathroom on this floor has a large luxurious corner bath/Jacuzzi.

The villa has air conditioning for both cooling & heating throughout. There is a safety deposit box, hairdryer and two baby cots plus two highchairs.

Moving outside, the large grounds have everything to make the perfect holiday. There is an impressive custom-shaped pool approximately 12m x 6m with Roman steps steps, a poolside shower and a pool terrace furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is an external poolside WC.

The large stone built-in barbecue twinned with the large picnic bench seating 8 comfortably creates the perfect environment for al fresco dining and spending time with your group. There is also a circular shaped bar area, perfect for enjoying an evening drink and admiring the views.

The children's slide, swing and see-saw is an inviting place for the children to play, and for the older members of the group, there is a covered table tennis, billiard table and mini table football located adjacent to the pool terrace.

The property is located in a quiet and secluded area offering stunning uninterrupted views of the surrounding valley and hillside. The property is surrounded by beautiful fruit trees, shrubs and flowers. The surrounding orchards belong to the owner, so guests are free to pick fresh seasonal fruits such as figs, pomegranates, oranges lemons and other local fruits.

To the side of the villa, there is an attractive pond that houses small fish.

There is ample parking at the rear and side of the villa.

Please note: The changeover day is flexible however bookings leaving unrentable periods (less than 7 days) between existing bookings may not be accepted.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights) and welcome grocery pack.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €150 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Air conditioning for both cooling & heating is payable locally (€5 for bedroom units per day and €7 for the main living unit area per day).
