One of several three and four bedroom villas featured on this unique development of nine properties in the village of Oroklini. The development prides itself on its hotel like services and facilities while the villas themselves are furnished and equipped to a high standard and surrounded by colorful and carefully tended gardens.
The ground floor of each villa features a spacious living area equipped with satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player, wireless internet connection and a CD/Radio. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave and the dining table comfortably seats 6. A separate guest cloakroom is also found on this floor.
Stairs lead to the first floor where all three bedrooms are located. The master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and the two twin bedrooms share a full family bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units for either cooling or heating (see rental rates). A safety deposit box is available (for a small fee) and a hairdryer is supplied. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.
Considered to be one of the developments superior properties this villa enjoys a larger outdoor area as well as featuring a washing machine and a coin operated sauna.
Outside each villa is an 8m x 4m private swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, table & chairs. A barbecue is provided for summer dining al fresco on those warm summer evenings. The more energetic holidaymaker can take advantage of the on site private tennis court for which equipment can be hired from the reception.
Many additional services can be provided by reception including extra housekeeping, email/internet services, hairdressing, beauty/massage treatments, babysitting, excursions and cruises (all at a supplement). With many years experience in the hotel industry the villa owners pride themselves on their attention to detail and warm hospitality and will do everything they can to make your stay as welcoming and memorable as possible.

Oroklini
The village of Oroklini sits inland between the town of Larnaca and the holiday resort of Ayia Napa. Parts of the village have been restored to their original traditional style and with dining out being at the heart of village social life you can enjoy some of these fine rustic restaurants. Within a few minutes drive of the village is the sandy bay of Yannathes beach, which is the main beach for the Oroklini area. Along with Yannathes Beach, five other beaches in the Larnaca district are proud recipients of the blue flag award. We live in the Gulf Area and we have been visiting Cyprus for many years. Three years ago these Villas were recommended to us by a colleague. Since then we have visited Cyprus twice or three times a year and we always stayed at this development. The villas are beautiful, the location is perfect because it is quiet, secluded and offers privacy and yet is very close to all amenities. We would not dream of going anywhere else as every time we are met with the usual warm welcome by the owners and staff and with the excellent standards of cleanliness and service. I highly recommend the villas to anybody who is looking for a quality holiday.
