This 5 bedroom villa is in the peaceful and tranquil village of Miliou approximately 24km from Paphos town and 12km from Polis.
The villa sits amidst orange and olive groves as well as a lush tree garden, in a total of 8,000 sqm of land, providing complete privacy. This spacious, character property is ideal for those looking for privacy, peace and quiet, surrounded by nature and beautiful views.
As you enter the villa you will find a spacious living area with comfortable sofas, armchairs and a wood-burning fireplace. From the living area, you will find a study and the fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with hob, oven, fridge freezer and two dining tables seating up to 8, together with a small sitting area with traditional TV and fireplace.
Leading from the kitchen area you will find a utility room and the formal dining room seating 6. Patio doors from the formal dining area lead out to the spacious outside area. The villa's first bedroom is located on this floor; a large room with a double bed, flatscreen TV, log burner fireplace, table and chairs and a sofa. This room has direct access to the gardens and has an adjacent shower room. This is a great room for a second family or for teenagers who want to have privacy.
Moving to the first floor you will find the remaining 4 bedrooms of the villa; 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms features an elegant four-poster bed. All of the four bedrooms are generously sized. A spacious family bathroom, with his and hers sinks and a corner bath is also located on the first floor together with a landing/children's play area.
2 wooden baby cots are available upon request. A high chair, playpen, walker and baby bath are also items available at the villa.
The villa provides air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and is included in the rental cost.
The extensive outside area offers a private 8m x 4m swimming pool, sunbeds, large lawn area, established fruit trees and vegetable gardens overlooking the surrounding countryside. A barbecue and traditional Cypriot clay bread oven allow for you to enjoy al fresco cooking.
A wedding ceremony and reception for up to 150 guests is accepted (see Rental Rates).
A covered carport provides parking for up to 4 cars.
