A spacious bright and airy 3-bedroom bungalow style villa set on a large plot of land, with an impressive feature swimming pool, landscaped gardens, complete privacy and distant sea views.

On entering the villa, you will find a spacious open plan living area with a dining area, a large fully equipped kitchen, lounge, second lounge area with comfortable sofas, a children’s den, a separate shower room with WC, a bar with 5 bar stools and a galleried mezzanine level with a third living/playroom.

The property benefits from a wireless internet connection, DVD player and IPTV with hundreds of UK TV channels including news, sports, movies, children's programmes, a film library and much more.

The villa has a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, dressing area and en-suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms complete this property; one double and one twin bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have an en-suite shower room.

All of the bedrooms are spacious and have air-conditioning. All three bedrooms also have access to a long shared balcony with views over the side gardens and distant views of the sea.

A baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request.

Outside, to the side, there is covered parking for 1 / 2 cars, a utility area with a washing machine and clothes dryer. To the rear, there is a shaded lawned garden with mature Olive trees and two swings for the younger members of the group. This is a great area as it is the ideal place to escape from the summer heat and for children to play.

To the front of the villa, there is a large swimming pool measuring some 15 meters on length. The first part is very shallow (12 inches) being ideal for small children to sit or paddle and then the swimming pool steps down and extends to a maximum depth of 1.9 meters. The swimming pool is surrounded by sunbeds, various seating areas, a dining area with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, lawn, Olive trees, well-stocked flower beds and a lovely covered seating area which overlooks the pool and gardens, with comfortable sofas and chairs. The outside area together with the barbecue allows for al fresco dining to be enjoyed.

For the more energetic members of the group, there is a table tennis table to be enjoyed.

This beautiful villa is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, spacious accommodation, beautiful outside areas with a large swimming pool and is just 3 minutes’ drive down to the beach, Latchi Marina, cafes, shops and restaurants.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Air conditioning in the bedrooms, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels.

Rates do not include: Air-conditioning in the living area is payable locally there are 2 living area air conditioning units and the price is €15 per day per unit. Central heating is available and is charged at €60 per day.

The Villa is an absolute Gem of a find and well designed in a beautifully located area. Once in the Villa, you will see the Sun rising over the Mediterranean Sea and setting into the hillside. We have just returned from a weeks stay at this villa, we had a great week, but the weather was a bit hit-and-miss which is to be expected in April. The villa itself has an amazing outside area, the pool is large and has a great shallow end which would be great for small children or sitting in, the heat of the summer months, unfortunately, the pool was a bit too cold for us to have full use, the children did try it but it was just too cold ha ha, but can imagine it will be amazing in the summer. It had a fabulous comfortable seating area which we made full use of, the sunbeds are also comfortable with the comfy cushions on and the views are amazing too. The villa was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and the beds was comfortable. The villa is amazing and in a great location 5 min drive from Latchi and 10 minutes from Polis. We would definitely return and highly recommend it if you are thinking of staying here.

Arrived at the villa at night so did not really see the full extent of the villa until next day . Directions to villa were spot on and once you turn off the main road there are two or three signs that direct you right to the villa door . Getting key from key safe was no problem as well as area at front door was well lit up for our late arrival . There was also a welcome pack in fridge to make a sandwich or two as it was about midnight when we finally dumped our suitcases down after a long day . The next day after a good nights sleep due to the very private location we were able to take in the full beauty of the villa and its surrounding area which is vast . The pool looked great and normally a pool of this size can be a bit on the cool side but because the pool has a large shallow part where the chairs are the temperature was ideal . Sitting area outside is ideal for guests ( wife ) to get out of the sun as it was in the shade all day long . When we were there a Ice cream van came right into the villas large drive and the cones that he had were a godsend in the afternoon sun . Kitchen was clean and tidy with all utensils etc and the sitting areas x2 one has a large tv to watch films,live sports via the smart box .This villa would be ideal for larger parties but we didn't mind paying the extras because we came across the villa when getting lost on a previous holiday and made enquiries as soon as we returned home. Thanks again for a most enjoyable holiday.

We had an amazing time at the villa. The villa is greatly equipped and the size of the reception rooms exceptionally large. The pool is every bit as good as it looks in the photos, with the shallow area perfect for our babies to paddle in. Michalis and his team were very responsive and helped us when needed. We will be rebooking for next year and are so pleased we found the villa!

Well presented and well equipped property in a very quiet location. Friendly greeting by proprietor. Car is essential as it is too dark to walk back to Villa after dark and too far to carry shopping etc. Latchi is a pleasant resort with attractive Marina and decent restaurants and bars.

We loved the Villa, it was in a great location and the Maintenance guys, Michaelis and Lydos, were very nice people who were very responsive to the problems we encountered. It was a pity we had electrical problems towards the end of the holiday, which affected the air conditioning and cooker. However, their response was swift.
