These 3 x three-bedroom villas with en-suite bathrooms and roof terrace with sea views are located within a short walk of the beach and a few minutes’ drive of Coral Bay with its wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The properties have a modern feel and are both light and airy, comfortably and stylishly furnished.

On the ground floor of each villa, there is the first double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Patio doors from the bedroom lead to the swimming pool area.

A separate cloakroom is located in each villa on the ground floor. The living areas are open plan with modern fully fitted kitchens, dining areas seating 6 and comfortable sofa areas with TVs. The spacious modern kitchens have a fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher.

All rooms are air-conditioned for both cooling/heating and this is included in the prices.

On the first floor of each villa, you will find 2 bedrooms; the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedrooms have access to a large terrace which has views of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.

Moving to the top floor, each villa has a covered roof terrace with a dining area and kitchenette. This area is ideal for a small wedding ceremony.

Outside, there are large furnished terraces equipped with tables and chairs, barbecues, and a private swimming pool measuring 7m x 3m (overall depth 1.20m) with sunbeds and umbrellas.

Pricing Notes

Rates include for EACH villa: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, air-conditioning for both cooling and heating, bed linen, pool and bathroom towels.

For weddings taking place at one of the villas, the following applies: Up to 18 guests in total are permitted to attend the day. A refundable security deposit of €600 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the properties.
