This two bedroom villa is located on a small complex of five villas in Kissonerga. The villa is within just a few minutes walk of a beach and local amenities.

The open plan living room, kitchen and dining area features Satellite TV (limited channels), wireless internet connection, DVD player and CD/radio player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table seats 6.

The first of the two bedrooms is located on the ground floor, this is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. A separate guest cloakroom completes the ground floor.

The master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and private furnished balcony is located on the first floor.

Each bedroom and the living area is equipped with an air conditioning unit for both cooling and heating (see rental rates). A baby cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside the 8m x 4m (depth 0.5m - 1.7m) private swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A brick built BBQ with built in sink unit is provided so summer dining al-fresco can be enjoyed under the shade of a pergola with wooden bench seating.

A private covered parking area for one vehicle is also available.

Kissonerga

Kissonerga is conveniently situated between the popular beach resort of Coral Bay and Paphos Town. Coral Bay is within a 10-minute drive, whilst the harbour area of Paphos is within a 20-minute drive. Although Kissonerga produces citrus fruits and olives it is probably most well known for the cultivation of banana plantations, easily identified by their characteristic blue bags rustling in the breeze. The coastal area of Kissonerga features several hotels, a couple of mini-markets, a growing number of shops and a small selection of eating places covering everything from meze style dining to dishes with a more international flavour. Extremely pleased with our choice: the villa was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. The owner, Paul, was there to welcome us when we arrived late in the evening and, besides calling in a couple of times to check we were ok, was at the end of the phone if we had questions.
