Villa 414, Paphos, Kissonerga, 4 Bedrooms, Up to 8 Guests


This 4 bedroom villa lies along the coastal road that connects Coral Bay to Paphos and is only 150 metres from the sea and is secluded from any other properties since it is located within a field of 5,000 sq. metres and surrounded by sub-tropical banana plantations. The villa offers panoramic views of the bay with its turquoise clear waters and breathtaking sunsets.

The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area features a working fireplace and entertainment is provided by a flatscreen TV together with satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and music system. Wireless internet connection is also available. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and the dining table seats 8.

Two of the villa's bedrooms are located on the ground floor; one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Each bedroom and the living area is equipped with an air conditioning unit for both cooling and heating (see rental rates). A safety deposit box is available. Beach towels and a hairdryer are supplied.

A baby cot, highchair, stair gate and camp bed (suitable for a child under the age of 12 years) can be provided on request.

Outside the villa leading from the patio doors of the living area and the downstairs twin bedroom is a private swimming pool 8m x 4m. The large veranda surrounding the pool is equipped with sun loungers and patio table with chairs. The villa is also equipped with a barbecue for alfresco dining.

The villa was excellent and the service from 'The Villa Group' was exceptional. The villa was in an excellent location, close to the beach, Coral Bay, local shops, restaurants etc. We arrived on Wednesday evening and the villa owner had left us a welcome pack of bread, milk, wine, water, fruit etc. The villa itself was fantastic and the pool was perfect. The views over the banana plantation and sea were lovely and the viewing platform gives you an amazing view of the sunset. We received a voucher from 'The Villa Group' for a free meal at a restaurant in Paphos which saved us nearly 100 Euros! We also received fantastic local information from both The Villa Group and the villa owner about other local restaurants. I would highly recommend using The Villa Group in Cyprus and I would certainly recommend this particular villa.

Michalis the owner was great, always responded right away, he was nice & helpful with everything, the place was amazing, very private & nice, great great location, 20 min drive from airport, 2 min drive from a big grocery store, 5 min walk from a kiosk, everything else was 8-12 min drive zoo/mall/bowling...
