This 3-bedroom sea-front villa, with a 500 square metre garden, is situated only 15 metres from the Mediterranean Sea.

Upon entering this villa you will find the large living/dining area. The spacious living area is comfortably furnished with 2 and 3-seater settees, armchair, coffee table and a working fireplace. For entertainment, you will find a flat-screen TV with satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player, stereo system and a small book collection. The dining area features dining table and seating for 6. Connected to the living/dining area you will find the well-equipped kitchen with granite work-tops. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, small and large dishwasher and washing machine.

Large patio doors lead from the living/dining area out to the patio area surrounding the swimming pool and provide undisturbed sea views.

Further on the ground floor you will find the villa's first bedroom. This bedroom is a twin bedroom and features the luxury of an en-suite shower room. Also on the ground floor is a separate WC.

Down 3 steps from the ground floor, you will find the master bedroom. This double bedroom has the luxury of an en suite bathroom and large patio doors lead to the patio area outside and the swimming pool.

Moving up to the first floor you will find the villa's last bedroom, a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. This bedroom has access to a small private balcony where you can enjoy the amazing sea views. Also a staircase leads from this villa down to the outside area.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout with units in each of the 3 bedrooms and a larger unit in the living area which can be used for both cooling and heating (see rental rates). Furthermore are a hair dryer, safety deposit box, iron and ironing board available at the villa.

To the front and side of the villa, you will find off-street parking for 2 cars.

To the rear of the villa, you will find the shaded and unshaded patio area equipped with sun beds surrounding the 8m x 4m heated swimming pool (depths 0.9m to 1.5m). A poolside shower can also be found at the rear of the villa. The garden table and chairs combined with the brick-built barbecue provide you with the perfect opportunity to enjoy outdoor dining.

The large garden area surrounds the villa and leads the way down to the sea only a few metres from the villa.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 10 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels.

Rates do not include: Air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and heating panels are optional, payable locally - €8 per unit per day for the smaller units in the bedrooms. €10 per day for the larger unit in the living area. Optional supplement for use of sauna at the rate of €50 per day to be paid locally.

Heated swimming pool: Optional supplement for heating the swimming pool at the rate of €70 per day to be paid in full locally upon arrival. Please note that this is to be pre-booked as the facility requires 24 hours to reach the appropriate temperature. A minimum of 7 nights of use is required. During the winter the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed due to changing weather conditions and cold nights.

We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was perfect and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The view from this sea front villa is amazing, and as it is facing West, we could see wonderful sundowns. Especially our four kids enjoyed the heated pool - warm enough to swim every day at Easter time while at home in Germany it was freezing cold and snowing. The kitchen is well equipped, so we had much fun cooking the fresh and tasty local food. The villa is in a quiet location close to Paphos, so that we could totally relax, but also easily see some sights like the Tombs of the Kings, the Archaeological Park or Aphrodite's Birthplace. All in all, a wonderful villa!

Our favourite thing about the villa was the incredible view of the sea. The setting was idyllic and so restful and the garden and pool area were perfect, with plenty of shade too. We really appreciated the welcome pack in the kitchen as we arrived late in the evening and the owner was very helpful when we called with a question about the air conditioning. As my husband has a lung disease and cannot walk too far it was vital that the villa description was accurate, and indeed it was. The location was brilliant, slightly out of town but so near to all facilities and right on the beach so we did not feel the need to leave the villa. The owner was so helpful and it was good to know he was around if we had any issues. We had a great time and would book again.
