Upon entering the villa on the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, 4 ring gas hob and electric oven with extractor hood, microwave and washing machine. There is a spacious dining area where you will find the dining table seating 8. In the lounge area a dark coloured three seater and two seater settee and an armchair can be found. For entertainment, you will find a TV with limited Satellite channels and a DVD player. From the lounge area, there are patio doors leading to the veranda and swimming pool.

The master bedroom has a double bed with the luxury of an en suite bathroom and the remaining 2 bedrooms have twin beds. One of the twin bedrooms has the luxury of an en suite shower room. The remaining twin bedroom has the use of the family shower room.

From the master bedroom, you can access the veranda and the pool area.

There is air conditioning available throughout the villa. A hairdryer is available at the villa together with an iron and ironing board. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.

There is a large driveway which easily fits 4 cars.

The 8m x 4m swimming pool is surrounded by a patio area with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for you to enjoy a lazy day in the Cypriot sun. There is a brick-built barbecue and on the veranda area, you will find garden chairs and table to enjoy the al-fresco experience.
