Villa 398, Paphos, Kamares Village, 3 Bedrooms, Up to 6 Guests

This three bedroom bungalow features a living area furnished with comfortable sofas and a fireplace. Entertainment is provided by satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player, CD player and a selection of board games and books thoughtfully provided by the villa owner. An archway opening leads into the dining area furnished with a dining table and chairs that comfortably seats 6 and patio doors that lead directly to the pool terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

The villa has wireless internet connection.

A hallway leads to the two twin bedded rooms both with patio doors opening on to the front terrace. These two bedrooms share the full family bathroom located across the hallway. A separate hallway leading to the master bedroom suite, past the en-suite shower room and separate dressing area with fitted wardrobes, opens into this double bedded room also with patio doors that open onto a terrace.

The villa is equipped with ceiling fans throughout and portable fans are available in the living and dining area also. Air conditioning units are available only in the bedrooms and are included in the cost of the booking.

A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request for a small charge, please contact us for further details.

Outside the large 10m x 5m (depth 1m to 1.9m) swimming pool with walk-in steps is surrounded by a paved terrace set with 6 sunbeds and bordered by colourful flower beds. A table and chairs set on a covered veranda together with the portable gas barbecue ensure that the great summer activity of dining al fresco can be enjoyed whilst admiring those stunning sea views and sunsets.

From the pool area and front terrace of this charming bungalow, you can enjoy fabulous, far-reaching views over rolling countryside, down to the coastline stretching from Paphos to Coral Bay and further north towards Akamas, also taking in the Akoursos Dam and village of Peyia below.

It was a very nice villa for a good holiday. The only downside of the villa for us was the remoteness of it but that could be a plus for others. A hire car is 100% needed. Overall a great space and area for families. The pool was nice, a little bit cold but that's to be expected this time of year. Gas BBQ was a nice touch we used it daily. Kamares Village Villa 398. My wife and I had an amazing week in Cyprus and the villa we stayed in was what made it so special, the location was perfect, the views were stunning, the villa was clean inside and out and we soon felt at home, we didn't want for anything, I have to mention the fact that our bed was really comfortable, which is not the norm in Cyprus as they tend to have very hard mattresses, we have been to Cyprus several times over the last 18 years and this has to be one of the best villas we have stayed in. I will definitely be re-booking it for next year. I would like to end by saying a big THANK YOU to The Villa Group.

Lovely villa, well-equipped kitchen and lounge, very clean and with beautiful views down to the Coral Bay coast. Lots of linens and towels, including ones for the beach, all changed regularly during our 3-week stay. One minor downside was some traffic noise from cars coming through the estate but not a major issue. No hesitation in recommending it. Large pool, 10 minutes to Coral Bay, 15 minutes to old Paphos.

A thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable holiday..... exactly what we needed. The villa is extremely well equipped and in a quiet location with exceptional views over Pafos and Coral Bay. We had a very late flight home and were lucky that the villa was not booked the following day and Louise was so accommodating enabling us to stay until we needed to set of for Pafos airport. My family and I visited Cyprus for the first time and our stay at the Villa (in Kamares) was beautiful. The kids loved the pool and were in there throughout the day. The Villa was exceptionally clean and the Villa team super responsive and very helpful. Gary who was our point of contact was always to hand if something cropped up or we just needed some guidance. The Villa team is organised and really helpful to the point we didn’t worry about anything. I would recommend staying at the Villa to anyone visiting with their family or alone. It’s located away from the city and in a quiet spot. Quality family time is easy to enjoy. We will definitely visit again and stay at this Villa.

Villa had everything you needed. The pool was brilliant although at this time of year it takes a bit of bravery to get in with it a bit cooler than the summer months. The villa views were spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed a morning and evening looking out at the view. The beds were quite firm but this is always a personal choice so hard to suit everyone’s needs. We will return and look forward to our next trip!

Overall the process was flawless. We were pleasantly surprised with The Villa Group. The same villa on a different site was significantly more expensive. Also not having a security deposit was a good touch. Conversing with The Villa Group has been very easy and prompt. I would give them 5 stars. With respect to the villa itself, it was also flawless. The ad description was perfect and very accurate. Although there is no aircon in the main areas the building design and fans help keep the room a good temperature. The swimming pool is very big which can only be good. The location is remote however pretty easy to access and the views around the clock are excellent. Through no ones fault, there was an internet issue and we contacted Louise the property manager who within 1 day went beyond what was expected to remedy the situation. If you want peace and quiet then this is an excellent place to go. We strongly recommend both this villa and The Villa Group and we have already booked this same villa for next year.

Fantastic views from the villa overlooking Coral Bay and along the coastline to the outskirts of Paphos. The sunsets from the veranda are amazing! The villa was pristine, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen fully equipped, including washing machine. A welcome pack was left including bread, biscuits, tea/coffee and milk. The pool was clean, the area around the pool has a level patio area. Sitting under the veranda in the midday sun is a godsend it is cool with a breeze . The garden has beautiful colourful shrubs. There is also a gas bbq. Louise and Gary do not contact you unless you need them, they allow you the privacy to enjoy your break. There are a variety of restaurants in Tala Square , if you do not want to drive to Coral Bay or Paphos. Overall 5 star rating. Thank you for an enjoyable relaxed stay and I will definitely will return and recommend.

We loved this villa and thanks to your detailed instructions we found it without any trouble.We are 4 friends who have a self catering holiday each year and have been doing so for the past 28 years!! The cook amongst us said she had never had such a well equipped kitchen. The pool was ideal for the non swimmers and the villa inside and out met all our needs. It was spotless inside. We have visited Cyprus 5 times in the past five years, this is the second time we have used the villa group, the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and supportive. We have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing 10 days, if you need a complete chill out this is the villa for you, the villas location is fabulous, with the most spectacular views from every aspect ,the villa was comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. We sat outside at the table and chairs each morning for breakfast overlooking the views to coral bay, the area is so peaceful, just the sound of the birds, and the odd car, the road is very close to the villa but don't be put off it is completely unobtrusive. The pool area is lovely with a nice large pool. The villa managers were extremely helpful ,we will definitely return to this villa, thank you for a lovely holiday.

We have now been to Cyprus four times. This villa, booked through the Villa Group was very comfortable, it was well equipped and was presented to a high standard of cleanliness. The mid-week linen change was done while we were out and was efficient and we were surprised that some cleaning also took place (mop and bucket left by the kitchen door). The villa's location is fabulous, the views across to Coral Bay were great and we sat outside at the table and chairs all the time and never tired of the view. We also got to know a few of the locals who walked their dogs, or themselves, each day up the hill and back again. Ample parking at the villa, pool man came several times and again was efficient, friendly and kept the pool to a high standard. We have stayed in Tala twice now and love the area but next year we want to look into staying near to Coral Bay itself, or lower Peyia. The ceiling fans were lovely and we were able to use those and not the air conditioning units. All in all we had a lovely holiday in a very comfortable villa.

Great villa over looking the sea, the height of the villa in the hills over Kamares gives a good breeze and a few degrees temperature difference than at sea level. The outstanding point of the villa is the pool, one of the best we have had. Had no need to call the property manager; linen changeover and pool maintenace were unobstrusive but great people to have a chat with!! Overall well done

The villa was in a good area. Quiet but not far from Paphos or Coral bay. It was bigger than seemed on web page. Pool very nice. Children played chess. Went quad biking, horse riding and did undersea walking - saw mosaics and tombs. We prefer to go to different areas for holidays than go back to same place and this is only reason not to book the villa again.

Beautiful villa in a superb location with spectacular views over Coral Bay. We were looking for privacy but still within easy reach of local ammenaties such as restaurants, cafes etc. Tala village is approximately 1km away with a good selection of restaurants and a great friendly atmosphere. You do need a car as it is very hilly. The villa itself was a real surprise, large, airy and well maintained, there was only the two of us but it could easily have accommodated 6 people without it ever feeling that you were on top of each other. I would definately recommend this villa to anyone wanting to have a bit of seclusion while on holiday. Overall a superb holiday, we will definately be going back.
