Ultra-modern villa with 8 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms sleeping up to 16 guests in comfort, situated just above Coral Bay with superb panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa has been completed to a high standard, using quality materials, and has been tastefully designed.

As you enter the villa, you will find the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and all you need for a self-catering holiday. Patio doors the width of the living area allow for access to the outside terrace.

The villa's first bedroom is located on this floor, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. This bed can be prepared as a double upon request.

A separate WC is also located on this level.

Stairs lead you down to the lower level, where a modern gym with fitness equipment is located for the more energetic members of the group. This room has floor-to-ceiling windows giving beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. There is also a separate shower room in the gym.

A further four bedrooms are located on the lower level; three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, all with en-suite showers. The twin bedroom can be made into a double on request. One of the double bedrooms can be used as a living area for this level if the room is not required as a bedroom - please advise before arrival, and the sofa bed available in that room will not be made up. A kitchenette is also available, making this area an ideal location for the teenage members of a family. A pool table is located on this level and can provide hours of fun to all members of a group.

The first floor is where the remaining bedrooms are located; two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower and one with an en-suite bathroom. The twin bedroom has the use of the shower room opposite. This bedroom can be made up as a double bedroom on request before arrival.

The villa offers air conditioning throughout and a security alarm system.

From the living area, you can access the spacious furnished terrace area with a 12m x 4m heated swimming pool (see rental rates) with a 2m x 6m shallow end with walk-in steps (pool depths 1m to 1.6m). There are sunbeds fixed in the shallow end of the swimming pool where you can relax and cool down. Further furniture is available on the terrace and decked area. The hot tub is ideally located with stunning views of the surrounding area and the Mediterranean Sea.

The property is ideal for large families and groups holidaying together. In this exquisite setting, the villa offers the perfect location for a wedding ceremony and reception held within the grounds.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Air conditioning in the bedrooms, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen and bathroom towels.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €1,200 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating is an optional extra to be booked in advance and paid for locally directly to the villa supplier at €90 per day.

Please note: Changeover days of a Wednesday, Saturday, or Sunday are only accepted.

Wedding conditions: Up to 25 guests are permitted to attend a wedding ceremony and reception. For weddings held at the villa, there is a surcharge of €625 payable in advance.

This may be one of the most luxurious villas for rent in all of Cyprus. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute drive down to the Main Street filled with great restaurants and bars, but still very private and with an amazing view. The pool and outdoor area is fantastic, you feel like you are in your own private oasis. And the interior is fitted with high end furnishings and perfectly designed. We loved the full gym, pool table, and open plan kitchen and living area. Plus there is so much space to spread out and feel like you are all alone, even if you are with a big group. If you are looking for a huge villa that is private and quiet, but close to everything, you won't be disappointed. We really can't wait to come back.
