This peaceful spacious 5-bedroom villa is located on the outskirts of the well-known resort of Coral Bay and within a 10-minute walk of the popular Coral Bay beach and local amenities. Approached via a long gated driveway this property offers privacy due to its being surrounded by citrus fruit orchards.

As you enter the villa you will find the spacious L-shaped living, dining and kitchen area with comfortable sofas, flatscreen TV with satellite channels, wireless internet connection, DVD player and stereo system. The dining area features a dining table and seating for up to 10. Patio doors lead onto a furnished terrace and the back garden where you can sit and relax enjoying the mountain views. Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen featuring oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

2 twin bedrooms are located on the ground floor together with a separate shower room.

For the more energetic guests there is a fitness room located on the ground floor with a variety of fitness equipment. Patio doors from this room lead to the outside area.

There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Moving to the first floor you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms; a master double bedroom with an en-suite with a corner bath and the luxury of a private balcony, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a further double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The final two bedrooms share a furnished balcony with views of the surrounding area and the Mediterranean Sea.

A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.

All bedrooms and fitness room are equipped with air-conditioning units which can be used for either cooling or heating, the cost of which is included in the rental rate.

Outside, the 10m x 5m private swimming pool is surrounded by a paved terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. The spacious outside furnished dining area offers shade under the pergola and together with the barbecue allows for you to truly enjoy the Cypriot experience of al fresco dining. In the villa's grounds, you will find an abundance of orange and lemon trees. A table tennis table is available at the villa.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom towels and air conditioning (for cooling and heating) in the bedrooms and fitness room.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €250 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Air conditioning (1 large unit) in the living area. If required, a charge of 10 Euros per unit per day is payable locally.

Please note: Short stays (a minimum of 4 nights during high season and a minimum of 2 nights during low season) might be considered, subject to a supplement. Please contact us for further details.
