These two neighbouring beachfront villas (villa ref. 382 and 62569) are the ideal combination for larger groups wishing to holiday together or for large family parties, weddings etc.

4 km of near-deserted beach on your doorstep! Both villas benefit from dramatic mountain views to the rear and unobstructed panoramic views of the Mediterranean coastline and the Akamas Peninsula to the front.

The sunset here is magic and takes centre stage right in front of the villas nearly every day of the year.

Villa 382

ON THE BEACH!!! This 4-bedroom beachfront holiday villa sits within extensive grounds and enjoys a secluded location just a few steps away from the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

Upon entering the villa you will find the air-conditioned living room furnished with leather sofas. For entertainment, there is an IPTV system that offers hundreds of English channels including premium Sky channels. A DVD player and Sony stereo with a USB port are also available.

Adjacent, you will find an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops featuring an oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee percolator, juicer and more. On this floor is also located a dining area with a large teak dining table which comfortably seats up to 8 guests.

Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor; one double bedroom with a TV and en suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A guest toilet is also located on the ground floor.

The two remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master double bedroom with TV and en suite bathroom, and a further twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Both of these bedrooms have large balconies from where fabulous panoramic sea views can be enjoyed. In the hallway, there is a kitchenette with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

The villa is equipped throughout with air-conditioning units for both cooling and heating, so the property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round. A baby cot, highchair and stairgate can be provided, and the villa owner has thoughtfully supplied beach towels, and two hairdryers for guests' use.

Outside, lawned gardens surround the 9m x 4.5m private swimming pool with walk-in steps. The sunbathing terrace is furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower.

A portable barbecue provides plenty of opportunity to enjoy summer dining al fresco under the shade of the covered veranda, which is furnished with a table and chairs.

The driveway entrance to the villa is gated, and there is ample space for parking several cars. Directly in front of the property is a strip of sandy beach. A pathway through the villa garden leads you a few metres to where the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea gently break against the shore.

Villa 62569

ON THE BEACH!!! This 4-bedroom beachfront holiday villa is modern, spacious and equipped to a high standard. The villa has an impressive entrance imitating a bridge with a wooden deck floor and glass panels giving you the feeling of embarking on board.

Upon entering the villa you will find the spacious open-plan living area featuring a modern fireplace and leather sofas. For entertainment, there is an IPTV system that offers hundreds of English channels including premium Sky channels. A dvd and cd player together with a stereo system.

On this floor, you will also find the modern fully-equipped kitchen offering an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee and juice maker. The dining area located on this floor provides a large contemporary dining table and chairs comfortably seating up to 10 guests.

The villa’s first two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Both of the bedrooms have access to a veranda through large glass patio doors where outstanding unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea can be enjoyed.

Moving up to the first floor, you will find the remaining two bedrooms, a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Both of these bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace equipped with ample outside furniture for you to take a moment to relax with an evening drink, enjoying the views of the entire bay or the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea.

One of this villa’s many luxuries, a spacious games area with entertainment for everyone, is located on the lower ground floor. The area features plenty of activities for all members of the family with a pool table, table football and gym equipment. For the younger members of the family, you will find a children’s play area and 2 comfortable sofa beds (suitable for 2 children).

The lower ground floor also features a separate shower room and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine.

Large glass patio doors will lead you from the living area to a spacious covered terrace area offering a table and chairs for you to truly experience the joy of outdoor dining. Nearby you will also find the barbecue area.

Adjacent to the terrace area, there is a raised patio with plenty of sunbathing furniture for you to enjoy the Cypriot sun. To cool down, here you will find the 4.5m x 10.5m infinity pool with walk-in steps. An external staircase will lead the way down to the lawn area; only a few steps away is the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

Adjacent to the entrance, you will find a parking area for up to 3 cars.

Please note - During the high season, a changeover day of a Saturday is required at both villas. If your proposed booking leaves unrentable periods (less than 7 days) between existing bookings it may not be accepted by the owners, particularly in the peak season.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Air conditioning in the bedrooms, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen and bathroom towels.

Rates do not include: Villa 382 - Air-conditioning (for cooling and heating) is optional and payable locally for the living area at €7 per night. Villa 62569 - Air-conditioning (for cooling and heating) is optional and payable locally at €8.50 per unit per night for the larger unit in the living area and the unit in the lower level games area. A refundable security deposit of GBP 500 is required to cover any damages or breakages. This is to be prepaid together with the balance payment and will be refunded after departure from the villa.  

During the high season, a changeover day of a Saturday is required at both villas.

If your proposed booking leaves unrentable periods (less than 7 days) between existing bookings it may not be accepted by the owners, particularly in the peak season.

For weddings taking place at the villa (ceremony and/or reception) the following apply: Up to 60 guests are permitted. A wedding surcharge of €350 is payable in advance.
