A lovely three bedroom bungalow style villa, located in the unspoilt tranquillity of Argaka Village enjoys dramatic and breathtaking views of the deep blue Mediterranean Sea and the Akamas National Park.
On entering the villa, you will find a small hallway/lobby with a coffee table and two armchairs being not only a welcoming area but also a space to sit quietly and read a book. Off this hallway, there are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room and kitchen. The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
A bright dual aspect double bedroom with built in wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinets. There is an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub with shower over and side shower screen, WC and wash hand basin.
The second bedroom is also a bright dual aspect room and has twin beds, wardrobes, console table and bedside cabinets.
The third bedroom has built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets and an ensuite shower room. The shower is generously sized, and there is a WC and wash hand basin.
In addition, there is a separate family shower room. This shower room has a generously sized shower cubicle, a WC and a hand wash basin.
The living room has a comfortable l-shaped sofa, coffee table and a flat screen tv with ‘Android’ Box with dozens of UK TV channels including sports and movies. The living room has a large real log burning fireplace which comfortably keeps the whole of the villa warm in the winter.
The open plan kitchen is modern and has a dining table with six chairs. It has a dishwasher, a four ring gas hob, extractor hood, microwave, Bosch electric oven and a large American style double-door fridge freezer. There is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property and each room has its own air-conditioning unit, for both cooling and heating (5 units in total).
Outside, there is a stone staircase that takes you up to a large roof garden being ideal for soaking up the sun. The roof garden has a large gazebo with a pool table and a table with six chairs. From this terrace, you have superb views over the village of Argaka an in the distance of the Mediterranean Sea and the Akamas National Park. The villa enjoys spectacular sunsets.
The villa is surrounded by pretty gardens, and its central feature is a huge 12m x 4m private heated overflow swimming pool (1.5m maximum depth). The pool is surrounded by sun loungers. There is a further gazebo with seating beneath for 6. Adjacent there is a brick built barbecue area with views of the sea. The villa also has a second outdoor covered seating area to the rear of the villa, overlooking the pool. There is a small sofa with two armchairs and a coffee table. There is private parking for two cars and a separate cloakroom and utility room with washing machine and clothes drying area.
This villa is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, on the outskirts of a traditional Cypriot villa, whilst being among nature and close to both the mountains and the beach.
