This 4 bedroom villa is located only 100m from the beach in Argaka in a secluded and idyllic setting. The property offers comfortable furnishings throughout and a spacious exterior. The villa also has the convenience of a selection of restaurants within walking distance.
As you enter the property through the large double doors, you will find the airy and spacious open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area offers a contemporary L-shaped sofa and features a working fireplace. There is wireless internet, a flat screen television with internet TV and a DVD player for your entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and also an adjacent utility room with a door leading to the outside barbecue area. The dining area which is next to the kitchen comfortably seats 8 guests.
Located on the ground floor, you will find a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a separate WC.
Moving upstairs you will find an en-suite twin bedroom, master bedroom with en-suite shower room (both have access to a large shared balcony overlooking the pool with sea views) and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All five bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobe space and air-conditioning.
There is a washing machine with a worktop, cupboard and sink area located on the landing. There is also access to two separate private balconies from the landing area, one overlooking the parking area and one to the back of the property.
Moving outside, you will find the 5m x 10m private swimming pool (depth 1.50m) with roman steps. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas surrounding the swimming pool, perfect for soaking up the Cypriot sunshine.
There is a garden with flowers, trees and a large manicured lawn area adjacent to the swimming pool which creates the perfect area for children to run and play.
The barbecue/sink area twinned with the covered outdoor dining area creates the perfect environment for alfresco dining, or to enjoy an evening drink around the swimming pool in a tranquil and peaceful setting.
There is off street parking for 2 cars.

It was a really nice touch for the owner to leave us 4 cans of beer, coffee, sugar, apricot jam, bread, margarine, dishwasher tablets and washing liquid - thanks it was really helpful.
