Upon entering the villa on the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, 4 ring gas hob and electric oven with extractor hood, microwave and dishwasher. A utility room houses the washing machine. There is a spacious dining area where you will find the dining table seating 8. In the lounge area a dark-coloured three seater and two seater settee and an armchair can be found. For entertainment, you will find a traditional TV set with limited satellite channels and a DVD player. From the lounge area, there are patio doors leading out to the veranda and swimming pool.

A guest cloakroom is located on the ground floor.

Moving up onto the first floor of the villa you will find the villa’s 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with the luxury of an en-suite shower room. The remaining 2 bedrooms feature twin beds and share the family bathroom. The master bedroom shares a balcony with one of the twin bedrooms providing you with amazing views of the countryside and the Mediterranean Sea.

There is air conditioning available throughout the villa and central heating in the winter months. A hairdryer is available at the villa together with an iron and ironing board. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.

There is a large driveway which easily fits 4 cars.

The 8m x 4m swimming pool is surrounded by a patio area with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for you to enjoy a lazy day in the Cypriot sun. There is a brick-built barbecue and on the veranda area, you will find garden chairs and table to enjoy the alfresco experience.
