Cystat have said today that Cyprus recorded record tourist arrivals in November with a rise of almost ten per cent over November 2017.

Arrivals in November numbered 158,685 compared with 144,676 in November 2017, an increase of 9.7 per cent.

According to Cystat this was the highest number of arrivals Cyprus has ever had in November.

In addition, tourist arrivals for the period January – November 2018 amounted to 3,832,062 compared with 3,553,149 in the corresponding period of 2017, an increase of 7.8 per cent.

The UK remained the main source of tourism for Cyprus in November 2018, with 31.5 per cent followed by Russia with 13.5 per cent, Greece with 9.8 per cent and Germany with 9.7 per cent.
