By 2019 Cyprus' fourth marina should be up and running in Ayia Napa.  Ayia Napa is Cyprus' liveliest tourist destination.

The work started in October 2016.

The project will cost 220 million euros and is being backed 80 per cent by Egyptian billionaire investor Naguib Sawiris' Gemini Real Estates Ltd and 20 per cent by Cyprus-based Caramondanis Group.  The entire project is scheduled to be finished in 2021.

First to be completed will be the 600 berth fully serviced marina and boatyard. Shops and waterfront restaurants will then be completed.
