Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per night of 140KWH, air conditioning, welcome pack, weekly cleaning service for stays exceeding 9 nights, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels.

Rates do not include: Electricity consumption exceeding the daily allowance is charged at 0.45 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. A meter reading is taken on arrival and on departure. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of €1,000 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. The refundable security deposit increases to be €2,000 when a wedding event is to be held at the villa.

For weddings taking place at the villa (ceremony and/or reception) the following applies: Up to 50 guests: A wedding surcharge of €1,500 is payable locally upon arrival. The surcharge includes for a clean of the outside area only the morning after the wedding event.
