Villa ref. 14709

Majestically perched in the hills behind Peyia the villa boasts uninterrupted views of the sweeping coastline that stretches from the rugged beauty of the Sea Caves area towards the town of Paphos. This stunning six-bedroom villa offers magnificent views from nearly every angle and almost every room. Enjoying privacy in a peaceful location the villa offers the perfect environment to relax and unwind. Timber ceilings and stone walls give a feeling of cosiness to this spacious villa, while large panels of glass allow the natural light to flood in.

The villa consists of three buildings each with a separate entrance:- the main house, the wing and the annexe.

The main house features an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area which features an ornamental fireplace is furnished with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV with an Android box as well as limited satellite channels, a DVD player and a CD player with a surround sound system. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and water cooler. A separate utility area tucked behind the kitchen houses the washing machine, a gas hob and an additional sink. Three high chairs are placed at the breakfast bar with a large formal dining table that can comfortably seat 12, enjoying a prime position next to the large picture window with views across the valley.

The first bedroom for the main house is a double bedroom with an adjacent shower room. A further two bedrooms are found on the first floor of the main house. The master double bedroom with a spacious en-suite bathroom also features a television which is connected to the satellite system in the living area. The twin bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. These two bedrooms share a balcony that runs the length of the building and shares that magnificent view of the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

The ground floor of the main wing features a further two twin bedrooms, with two additional single beds (suitable for children under the age of 12 years) available on the mezzanine level of one of these bedrooms. This wing features its own family bathroom.

Two of the twin bedrooms can be turned into doubles, upon request.

The unusual layout of the annexe can accommodate a further 4 people in total. The two-storey accommodation features an open plan living area with comfortable seating and a large flatscreen television (local channels only) and DVD player, the compact kitchen area is equipped with an oven, an electric and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a small dining table with seating for four. A wooden staircase leads to a sloped ceiling sleeping area on the mezzanine level furnished with two single beds and a separate WC. The remaining bedroom is a double bedroom located on the ground floor which along with the other rooms has access to the full family bathroom which also features a second washing machine.

Each bedroom and the living areas (the main house and the annexe) are equipped with air conditioning units for both cooling and heating (see rental rates). Two hairdryers are available and pool towels are supplied. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.

This villa also offers a wireless internet connection.

The villa's landscaped grounds include a large freeform infinity swimming pool, (depths 1m to 2.20m) with a children's pool attached (0.60m), a Jacuzzi tub to soothe weary muscles at the end of an energetic day and a large shaded outdoor dining area, complete with built-in barbecue and sink, providing plenty of opportunity for social gatherings. Lawned areas, paved terraces and wooden decking provide several seating areas for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent sunset views or stargazing on clear summer nights. This is the perfect venue for hosting large family celebrations, weddings etc.

This ultra-modern villa is majestically perched in the hills behind Peyia and boasts uninterrupted views of the sweeping coastline that stretches from the rugged beauty of the Sea Caves area towards the town of Paphos. This beautiful 7-bedroom villa offers magnificent views as the large panels of glass allow the natural light to flood in.

Upon entering this villa you will find the large open-plan living/dining and kitchen area. Furnished to a high standard this room also features a large wall panel made entirely out of glass offering you the opportunity to enjoy the amazing views of the sea as well as the natural light giving the room an airy and light atmosphere.

For entertainment, you will find a 52" flat screen TV with an Android box as well as a USB connection featuring Mediterranean Satellite TV with English News and programs as well as Russian channels. You will also find a DVD player and a CD player.

The fully equipped kitchen features 2 fridge/freezers, an oven, a 4-ring electric hob, an extractor hood, a microwave and a dishwasher. Adjacent to the large open-plan area you will find a separate utility room with 2 washing machines, a hob (gas), an extractor hood, an oven and a toaster.

On the ground floor, you will also find the first 3 bedrooms of this villa.

The master bedroom features a double bed and offers amazing views of the sea. This bedroom has the luxury of an en-suite bathroom as well as direct access to the outdoor area. The bathroom is artfully designed with black tiles and a sliding glass wall separates the bath tub which is surrounded by a pebbled area. The master bedroom also features a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom has the feature of a roll-away wall making it possible to combine the room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa bed suitable for 2 children to create a large family suite.

The further 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are 2 twin bedrooms. These bedrooms share access to a family bathroom with impressive minimal architecture smoothly combining black and white features. One of the twin bedrooms has the luxury of direct access to the outdoor area.

All twin bedrooms can be turned into doubles, on request.

On the ground floor, you will also find a separate WC featuring a modern entrance hall with a large sink edged by low colourful light.

An elegant staircase covered with a glazed atrium with electronically operated blinds leads to the first floor where you will find the remaining 4 bedrooms of this villa. A double bedroom offers beautiful sea views and the luxury of an adjacent bathroom. The remaining 3 bedrooms of the villa are 3 twin bedrooms sharing access to the family bathroom.

A full-width balcony is shared between 3 of these bedrooms with views of the sea.

The balcony together with all the bedrooms overlooking the sea has the luxury of electronically operated window blinds.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout (see rental rates) and a baby cot and high chair are available at the villa upon request. Pool towels are also provided.

This villa also offers a wireless internet connection.

On the first floor, you will find the large roof terrace of this villa. The roof terrace is a wooden deck area offering a bar equipped with a fridge and sink. Here you can enjoy the amazing views and have a relaxing day in the sun on one of the many sun beds available.

A spiral staircase on the outside of the villa leads the way from the roof terrace down to the swimming pool.

The large 15m x 6m (at widest points) infinity pool offers beautiful sea views and in-pool seating inspired by the creative architectural style of some of the most luxurious and well-known Asian resorts. The landscaped garden around the pool area offers amazing surroundings for a relaxing day in the pool.

Furthermore, you will find a large outdoor dining area offering plenty of seating and a built-in barbecue with a sink.

All outdoor areas offer great opportunities for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent sunset views or stargazing on clear summer nights.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, air conditioning in bedrooms and a living area of annex in Villa 14709, bed linen and bathroom towels

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €950 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Air conditioning for the main living room areas for each villa (for cooling and heating) is optional and payable in cash directly to the villa owner upon arrival at €32 per night per villa. Villa ref. 14709 - The supplement for the outdoor Jacuzzi with spa is €65 per day, again, payable directly to the villa owner. Please note that the Jacuzzi should be pre-booked at least 7 days before arrival. The Jacuzzi can be booked for a minimum of 4 days.

Wedding ceremony and/or reception: A wedding surcharge is applicable €650 and is payable in cash upon arrival at the villa.

We had a fantastic stay in these two beautiful villas in August 2018. We were a party of 18 people including six children, so we had plenty of space between the two villas, and all the children were able to have their own rooms. We loved the contrast between the more traditional villa and the very modern villa, and the stunning views from their vantage point in the hills. I could not fault the service from the moment I booked with Lisa at The Villa Group, right through to the end of our stay. The villa owner, was there to greet us when we arrived. Our flight was delayed by two hours, and when I texted him to inform him, he said there was no rush and advised us to have something to eat on our way from the airport, which meant it was almost midnight by the time we arrived at the villas. Nonetheless he gave us a full guided tour and could not have been more helpful. He was on hand to answer any questions we had throughout our stay and was there to see us off when we left, to make sure everything had been satisfactory for us. I would definitely recommend these villas for large parties - the barbecues and outdoor dining facilities were great, including local beer on tap (you pay owner for the kegs), and the roof terrace has drinks fridges which are perfect for chilling out without having to keep going down to the kitchen fridges for drinks. We loved the pools - the kids especially enjoyed the larger pool with its pretty bridge, and the infinity pool was great for an evening swim looking out at the stunning scenery. The villas are situated within very easy access of Paphos Harbour and the archaeological sites, and there is a supermarket just a few minutes' drive away. I would have no hesitation in booking these properties again.

We were a large family group that booked both villas and are pleased to say that they exceeded our expectations. The lower villa was ideal for the family members with children, where the swimming pool was child friendly and easily accessible. The upper villa was used primarily by the adults without children, although the upper deck was used for entertainment for all the family. They were very clean and well appointed. The views are spectacular, and there is plenty of parking for the cars, which are essential for these properties. We already have had some enquiries from friends about the possibility of them hiring the villas at a later date!

These villas work well separately or together for a big group. If any of us were coming back to Cyprus in a large group we would definitely recommend these villas.
