This ultra modern villa is majestically perched in the hills behind Peyia and boasts uninterrupted views of the sweeping coastline that stretches from the rugged beauty of the Sea Caves area towards the town of Paphos. This beautiful 7 bedroom villa offers magnificent views as the large panels of glass allow the natural light to flood in.

Upon entering this villa you will find the large open plan living/dining and kitchen area. Furnished to a high standard this room also features a large wall panel made entirely out of glass offering you the opportunity to enjoy the amazing views of the sea as well as the natural light giving the room an airy and light atmosphere.

For entertainment, you will find a 52" flat screen TV with Android box as well as USB connection featuring Mediterranean Satellite with English News and programs as well as Russian channels. Wireless internet connection is available and a DVD player and a CD player.

The fully equipped kitchen features 2 fridge/freezers, oven, 4 ring electric hob, extractor hood, microwave and dishwasher. Adjacent to the large open plan area you will find a separate utility room with 2 washing machines, hob (gas), extractor hood, oven and toaster.

On the ground floor you will also find the first 3 bedrooms of this villa.

The master bedroom features a double bed and offers amazing views of the sea. This bedroom has the luxury of an en-suite bathroom as well as direct access to the outdoor area. The bathroom is artfully designed with black tiles and a sliding glass wall separates the bathtub which is surrounded by a pebbled area. The master bedroom also features a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has the feature of a rollaway wall making it possible to combine the room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa bed suitable for 2 children to create a large family suite.

The further 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are 2 twin bedrooms. These bedrooms share access to a family bathroom with impressive minimal architecture smoothly combining black and white features. One of the twin bedrooms has the luxury of direct access to the outdoor area.

On the ground floor you will also find a separate WC featuring a modern entrance hall with large sink edged by low colourful light.

An elegant staircase covered with glazed atrium with electronically operated blinds leads to the first floor where you will find the remaining 4 bedrooms of this villa. A double bedroom offers beautiful sea views and the luxury of an adjacent bathroom. The remaining 3 bedrooms of the villa are 3 twin bedrooms sharing access to the family bathroom.

A full width balcony is shared between 3 of these bedrooms with views of the sea.

The balcony together with all bedrooms overlooking the sea has the luxury of electronically operated window blinds.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout (see rental rates) and a baby cot and high chair are available at the villa upon request. Pool towels are also provided.

On the first floor you will find the large roof terrace of this villa. The roof terrace is a wooden deck area offering a bar equipped with fridge and sink. Here you can enjoy the amazing views and have a relaxing day in the sun on one of the many sunbeds available.

A spiral staircase on the outside of the villa leads the way from the roof terrace down to the swimming pool.

The large 15m x 6m (at widest points, depth 1m to 2m) infinity pool offers beautiful sea views and in-pool seating inspired by the creative architectural style of some of the most luxurious and well-known Asian resorts. The landscaped garden around the pool area offers amazing surroundings for a relaxing day in the pool.

Furthermore, you will find a large outdoor dining area offering plenty of seating and a built-in barbecue with sink.

All outdoor areas offer great opportunities for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent sunset views or stargazing on clear summer nights.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, air conditioning in bedrooms, bed linen and bathroom towels

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €750 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Air conditioning (for cooling and heating) is optional for the main living room and is payable in cash directly to the villa owner at 32 Euros per night.

Wedding ceremony and/or reception being held at the property: A wedding surcharge is applicable of €650 and is payable locally in cash upon arrival.

I had never used The Villa Group before but found the support provided invaluable from using a local taxi to hiring a car. Having one person Lisa to care for us made the holiday really special. Thank you so much Lisa. I would certainly use The Villa Group again. We ordered on line shopping and on arrival we had everything placed in the cupboards so did not need to go out and buy late night essentials. In fact I did not leave the villa for a couple of days. The villa was as beautiful as the pictures. The beds were the biggest and comfiest, we all slept so well. The bathrooms were well equipped with everything you needed with great showers. Having a water cooler was the best and encouraged us to drink ice cold water whilst sunbathing. I was a little concerned with safety as we had 4 children with us however I did not need to worry as it was completely safe including the pool where grown ups loved the morning swim. Lakis the owner and his son did everything they could to provide us with whatever we needed. We lost electricity for a couple of hours due to a fault in the local area. Lakis text us to keep us informed throughout this time so it was no problem at all, had we not known this we would have been more concerned. The TV was huge and we were able to watch all the latest movies. We ordered the chef services and our Cyprus meze was outstanding. There was so much food that we had this for lunch the next day, our chef cleaned the kitchen and mopped floors well worth the money. We loved it. Would I go again in a heartbeat. Thank you all so much.
